A: Absolutely! Your booth display is also your storefront. You are welcome to sell your products during the show.
Q: Can I do a demonstration of my equipment and/or products?
A: Yes, you can! Demonstrations of equipment can be shown in your booth. If you would like to demonstrate heavy equipment or power tools, please contact Oralia at (832) 531-9809 to schedule you into the demo zone agenda.
Q: Can I bring prizes or host contests?
A: Yes, you can! Having prizes or contests is a great way to collect contract information from booth visitors who are potential customers. You can give promotional items to encourage people to participate.
Q: Can I bring my own food or drinks to the show?
A: Unfortunately, no. All food, alcohol, non-alcoholic beverages, and concessions are operated and controlled exclusively by the George R. Brown Convention Center. Exhibitors must contact Levy for all sampling and catering requests at 713-853-8150.
Q: Can I distribute flyers or brochures outside of my booth?
A: No, you cannot distribute flyers or brochures outside of your booth. You are welcome to distribute them inside your booth, but not in the aisles or common areas of the show.
Q: Can I bring my own audiovisual equipment?
A: Yes, you can. However, you are responsible for ensuring that your equipment complies with all safety regulations and that it does not interfere with other exhibitors' equipment.
Q: Can I change the layout of my booth after it has been set up?
A: No, once your booth has been set up, you cannot change the layout without permission from Show Management. Any changes must be approved and done under the supervision of ExpoContratista Management or the Convention Services Manager.
