GRB Exhibitor Guidelines
back keyboard_returnExhibitors must follow several guidelines to ensure a successful experience at the George R. Brown Convention Center. These guidelines include using designated loading docks, not parking in prohibited areas, contacting Levy for food and beverage requests, getting approval for decorations and signs, only using facility technicians for utilities, and obtaining permits for certain exhibits. Additionally, all display materials must be fireproof, exit doors must have 10' clearance, and no animals are allowed except for approved exhibits or service animals. Please refer to the GRB Rules & Regulations for the complete guidelines, as they are subject to change at any time.
